SHANNA LANDOLT – PRESIDENT
Shanna has been in executive search since 1997. She is also a highly trained coach in transformational leadership. After a number of years working for one of Canada’s largest executive search firms, she followed her belief that clients are served best with a custom approach that is flexible to their business needs, and founded The Landolt Group. Her search experience covers the business-to-business, not-for-profit, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, marketing communications, public healthcare and consumer packaged goods sectors in a breadth of mid-management and senior executive level roles. Shanna is a frequently requested guest speaker at outplacement centers and networking groups. She has been featured as an industry expert in human capital on the Life Network and on Rogers Television. Prior to becoming an executive search consultant, Shanna worked as an actress. You may have seen her at The Royal Alexandra Theatre or National Arts Centre performing the role of “Fantine” in Les Misérables. She is an avid sports enthusiast having completed the Ottawa Marathon, Mississauga ½ Marathon, Toronto ½ Marathon, Burlington ½ Marathon and 30K Around the Bay Road Race. Before the workday starts, you can find her doing boot camp in the park or at the gym in a yoga class. She is happily married and has three beautiful children. DAMIAN REID – CONSULTANT
Damian’s diverse career includes over 20 years of training and developing people, business consulting, marketing and sales in several different industries. His experience includes time with Bell, Rogers and Cossette. Prior to joining the Landolt Group, he worked as a highly trained transformational coach and seminar leader for an international training and development company. He led programs to thousands of people effecting positive, breakthrough changes in their professional and personal lives. Over the years Damian has been in demand as an expert for various TV and print media including CTV, CBC, City TV, Toronto Star, Globe and Mail, National Post, etc. He loves contributing to people and making a difference in having them love every aspect of their lives. He is passionate about adventure and pushing the boundaries through fulfilling his Top 100 (Bucket) List. You are just as likely to find him spending his recreation time running a half marathon, climbing Machu Picchu or diving with hammerhead sharks in Papua New Guinea. KEVIN BAINARD – CONSULTANT
Kevin has been in executive search for over 10 years. He is delighted to be working with Shanna Landolt again. Kevin is happy to be part of a team that is so focused on ensuring our clients are thrilled with the results. Kevin’s search experience covers mandates from mid-management to executive level, often working on finance and accounting type roles consistent with his career experience. Kevin has worked previously as a Bank Manager for Canada Trust and an Accountant with Deloitte. Kevin enjoys keeping fit and being a contribution to his community. The Huntington Society, Rugby Canada and Basketball Canada are organizations which Kevin donates his time to.
