About the Role – Customer Insights Manager

The Customer Insights Manager role will support the Dermatology business in the areas of analytics, access and customer insights.

The individual will partner with the commercial team to identify and deliver customer and business insights to support the development, execution and evaluation of critical commercial initiatives.

Core to this role is an analytical and critical thinking mindset to identify, analyze and integrate multiple sources of external and internal data to identify customer insights and translate into compelling stories to drive business results/performance.

A few Job Specific Competencies

  • Bachelors Degree in Business related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in the capacity of market research, forecasting, commercial analytics and insights
  • Exceptional knowledge of sales, business and marketing practices
  • Strong business reporting and project management
